NOVELTY - Preparing fiber membrane comprises mixing poly(n-vinylcarbazole) and conductive material to obtain a mixture, and electrospinning. The conductive material includes at least one of carbon black, acetylene black, graphene and carbon nanotubes. USE - The method for preparing fiber membrane is useful in lithium ion battery anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and efficient, and provides the fiber film with large specific surface area and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a fiber obtained by the above-mentioned method; (2) lithium ion battery anode material.
