NOVELTY - A carbon fiber-reinforced polyformaldehyde composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 2-3 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. stearamide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. silicone oil, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. antioxidant 245, 6-8 pts. wt. nano white coal black, , 2-4 pts. wt. copolyamide, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. KH-570 (RTM: gamma - methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2-3 pts. wt. nano silica. USE - Carbon fiber-reinforced polyformaldehyde composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber-reinforced polyformaldehyde composite material has excellent crack resistance and deformation resistance. The nano white carbon black and molybdenum disulfide increase wear resistance of composite material.
