NOVELTY - Silicon carbide whisker-reinforced plastic composite material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. PVC resin, 20-30 pts. wt. high impact polystyrene (HIPS) resin, 10-15 pts. wt. organic expanded graphene emulsion, 4-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide whisker, 3-5 pts. wt. 4-trifluoromethyl ethylene carbonate, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-mesoporous silicon, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-8 pts. wt. plant fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. sepiolite, 3-6 pts. wt. modified diatomaceous earth, 5-9 pts. wt. conductive silica gel, 2-4 pts. wt. composite stabilizer, 1-4 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 1-3 pts. wt. degradation promoter, and 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as silicon carbide whisker-reinforced plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has thermal stability, mechanical property, antistatic property, elasticity and mechanical strength, and has good degradation effect.
