▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of packaging film involves (i) forming a printed layer by printing a desired design on one surface of a base film (A) using ink, (ii) applying a non-solvent two-component adhesive composition to the base film (A) on which the printed layer is formed, drying to form an adhesive layer, and laminating the base film (B), (iii) aging at a temperature of 40-60° C to increase adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, (iv) dividing the aged packaging film into a designated width and length, and processing film into a desired shape and design, and (v) inspecting and packaging the film. The adhesive composition contains a mixture of main agent and curing agent in a volume ratio of 1:0.2-0.6. The main agent contains 10-30 pts. wt. polyisocyanate and 1-10 pts. wt. functional additive based on 100 pts. wt. urethane prepolymer. The curing agent contains 1-10 pts. wt. polynorbornene copolymer (I) and 0.1-5 pts. wt. primary amino alcohol (II) based on 100 pts. wt. glycerin. USE - Manufacture of packaging film (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to food, detergent, shampoo, cosmetics, agricultural product, label, wallpaper, envelope, diaper and coffee etc,. ADVANTAGE - The method produces environmentally-friendly packaging film having excellent strength, elongation, thermal stability, durability, deformation resistance, scratch resistance, and adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of packaging film involves (i) forming a printed layer by printing a desired design on one surface of a base film (A) using ink, (ii) applying a non-solvent two-component adhesive composition to the base film (A) on which the printed layer is formed, drying to form an adhesive layer, and laminating the base film (B), (iii) aging at a temperature of 40-60° C to increase adhesive strength of the adhesive layer, (iv) dividing the aged packaging film into a designated width and length, and processing film into a desired shape and design, and (v) inspecting and packaging the film. The non-solvent two-component adhesive composition contains a mixture of a main agent and a curing agent in a volume ratio of 1:0.2-0.6. The main agent contains 10-30 pts. wt. polyisocyanate containing o-(p-isocyanatobenzyl)phenyl isocyanate and 1-10 pts. wt. functional additive based on 100 pts. wt. urethane prepolymer. The curing agent contains 1-10 pts. wt. polynorbornene copolymer of formula (I) and 0.1-5 pts. wt. primary amino alcohol of formula (II) based on 100 pts. wt. glycerin. The adhesive composition contains functional additive containing 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.1-5 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 20-30 pts. wt. fluorinated ether compound o formula: CnH2n+10CmF2m+1, 0.1-5 pts. wt. amine-based chain extension agent and 0.1-5 pts. wt. isocyanate group-containing silane coupling agent.
