▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbon composite material comprises uniformly mixing the silicon oxide, silicon, organic carbon source and graphite to obtain a mixture, placing mixture in water and stirring to obtain suspension, crushing suspension and drying to obtain precursor, and calcining precursor to obtain the silicon-carbon composite material. USE - The material is useful as cathode of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures high specific capacity; improves the coulombic efficiency; has excellent comprehensive performance, and low raw material cost; is simple; and has easy industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for silicon-carbon composite material prepared by above mentioned method.
