NOVELTY - The device has a heating chamber whose cavity wall is provided with a liner layer (21) and a graphene heat generating layer (22)laminated from an inner side to an outer side. The graphene heat generating layer generates heat in an electrifying state. An intelligent PID constant temperature control system is provided with a temperature detection module and a constant temperature main control module. The temperature detection module is configured to detect temperature of a heating space after a heating device starts working. The constant temperature main control module is electrically connected with the temperature detection module to adjust power supply parameter of the graphene heat generating layer to maintain the heating chamber in a constant temperature heating state based on temperature of the heating space. USE - Heating device e.g. oven, water heater and microwave oven, for converting electric energy into heat energy to heat an object i.e. food. ADVANTAGE - The heating space of the heating chamber can be maintained at a stable temperature condition for a long time, so as to ensure the constant temperature heating effect of the object to be heated.
