NOVELTY - A graphene modified polyurethane composition comprises 10-85 wt.% component (A), 10-85 wt.% component (B), 1-30 wt.% diluent and 1-5 wt.% modified graphene. The modified graphene is a toluene diisocyanate surface modified oxidation graphene and a toluene diisocyanate surface modified graphene. USE - Graphene modified polyurethane composition is used in aerial device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified polyurethane composition has uniform dispersion of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) production of polyurethane adhesive, which involves (1) mixing modified graphene and the diluent in a high speed shear agitator to obtain a dispersion liquid, (2) mixing the dispersion liquid with component (A) to obtain first mixed solution, (3) mixing the first mixed solution with the component (B); and (2) the aerial device having a skin material comprises a weather resistant layer bonded with the polyurethane adhesive, fiber layer and gas barrier layer.
