NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/tin oxide composite gas-sensitive material comprises taking 0.2 mol/L stannous chloride hydrate, adding surfactant with molar ratio of 1-2%, adding 25-35 vol.% absolute ethanol, mechanically stirring for 10-30 minutes, placing in reaction kettle for solvent heating, adding graphene with molar ratio of 0.5-2%, heating at 140-180 degrees C, performing hydrothermal reaction, carrying out ultrasonic assisted reaction for 8-12 hours, collecting milky yellow precipitate at the bottom of reaction kettle by centrifugation, washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol, placing sample in vacuum drying box at 50 degrees C for 7 hours and annealing. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene/tin oxide composite gas-sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The product has reduced energy consumption and wear and improved service life.
