NOVELTY - The cotton comprises an insulation layer (1). The insulation layer is provided with a thermal insulation layer (2). The thermal insulation layer is provided with a sound absorbing layer. The sound absorbing layer (3) is provided with a sound insulating layer (4). The thermal insulation layer includes 30-40 pts. wt. aluminum silicate, 40-50 pts. wt. silicon carbide fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. rock wool, 5-15 pts. wt. expanded perlite, and 3-10 pts. wt. asphalt. The heat insulating layer includes 30-40 pts. wt. glass fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. asbestos, 10-15 ts. wt. nano silica, 10-15 pts. wt. silicate, and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene. The sound-absorbing layer includes 30-45 pts. wt. isocyanate, 20-35 pts. wt. polyether, 5-12 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 4-8 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, and 2-7 pts. wt. polystyrene. The sound insulation layer includes polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, talc, natural plant fiber, and metal soap. USE - The thermal insulation and sound insulation cotton is useful for the roof of an automobile compartment. ADVANTAGE - The thermal insulation and sound insulation cotton has heat preservation function, which ensures car roof is not affected by the external environment; converts sound energy into heat energy; and reduces the impact of noise. The sound insulation layer: can block the transmission of sound; increases the functionality of the sound insulation cotton; and improves the practicability of the sound insulation cotton.
