▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Assembling at least one area of a first surface with at least one area of a second surface or with a molecule, comprises contacting the area of first surface with the area of the second surface or with the molecule, where the area of first surface has at least one radical entity and/or ionic entity. USE - The process is useful: for assembling at least one area of a first surface with at least one area of a second surface or with a molecule, using the solid support; and for exfoliating graphene sheets (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process is easy and cost effective for assembling the area of the first surface with the area of the second surface or with molecule. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a solid support of which the surface has at least an area with at least one radical entity and/or ionic entity, with at least one precursor of adhesion primer; (2) a biosensor or biochip comprising the solid support whose surface has at least one area with at least one radical and/or ionic entity, and reacted with an organic component comprising peptides, proteins, antibodies and antibody fragments, cell receptors or membranes, polysaccharides, cells or cell parts and nucleic acids; and (3) a kit of component, which is used during the implementation of the assembling process comprising the solid support, in a first compartment, optionally at least one element necessary for developing the adhesion primer from its precursor and/or at least one element necessary to develop a radical species and/or ionic species from adhesion primer, in a second compartment, optionally another solid support or a nano-object of which the surface corresponds to the second surface or molecule to be immobilized, in a third compartment.
