NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatch comprises (1) dispersing three-dimensional porous carbon material in a mixed solution of ethanol and water, stirring for 60 minutes, centrifuging immediately after adding, washing using ethanol and water, and freeze-drying to obtain an antibacterial composite material, and (2) mixing and stirring the aqueous acrylic monomer, polyurethane, antibacterial composite material, crosslinking agent, catalyst and curing agent at 120°C for 6 hours, transferring to the twin-screw extruder for mixed extrusion processing, placing the strips extruded from the nozzle of the extruder into the water tank for cooling, and then using a pelletizer to pelletize the strips and drying to obtain antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatches. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatch, which is used for adhesive film in automotive applications. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatch has good dispersibility in the adhesive film, and good antibacterial effect. The polymer of the master batch is coated with antibacterial agent surface, and is not easy to agglomerate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatch comprises (1) dispersing three-dimensional porous carbon material in a mixed solution of ethanol and water, stirring for 60 minutes, adding 0.003 mol/L-1 silver nitrate solution to the three-dimensional porous carbon material dispersion, stirring at room temperature for 2 hours in the dark to obtain a mixed solution, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone to the mixed solution, continuing stirring for 30 minutes, then dropwise adding 0.005 mol/L-1 sodium borohydride solution at a rate of 7 seconds per drop, centrifuging immediately after adding, washing using ethanol and water, and freeze-drying to obtain an antibacterial composite material, and (2) mixing and stirring the aqueous acrylic monomer, polyurethane, antibacterial composite material, crosslinking agent, catalyst and curing agent at 120°C for 6 hours, transferring to the twin-screw extruder for mixed extrusion processing, placing the strips extruded from the nozzle of the extruder into the water tank for cooling, and then using a pelletizer to pelletize the strips and drying to obtain antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatches. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for antibacterial and anti-mildew masterbatch prepared by the above preparation method.
