▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high latent heat value phase change micro-capsule with photo-thermal conversion effect by in-situ condensation polymerization comprises (1) under the condition of stirring, transferring the modified carbon nano-material dispersed in the de-ionized water to the mixed aqueous solution of the dissolved monomer reactant, adjusting the pH of the solution and increasing the temperature, the condensation reaction of the lower degree occurs between the monomer molecules, forming the modified carbon nano-material doped wall material prepolymer solution, (2) heating and melting the organic phase change material, pouring the hot emulsifying agent aqueous solution into it, maintaining the temperature of the mixing system higher than the melting point of the phase change material, under the high speed mechanical stirring to obtain stable oil-in-water (O/W) phase change core emulsion, adjusting the emulsion pH and dropping the prepolymer solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing high latent heat value phase change micro-capsule with photo-thermal conversion effect by in-situ condensation polymerization. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts the in-situ polymerization method to realize the heat storage performance of high latent heat value at the same time, dopes modified carbon nanomaterials with good dispersibility and compatibility, not only improves the thermal conductivity of phase change microcapsules and it gives it a significant light-to-heat conversion effect and widely used in fields e.g. solar storage and temperature control. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high latent heat value phase change micro-capsule with photo-thermal conversion effect by in-situ condensation polymerization comprises (1) under the condition of stirring, transferring the modified carbon nano-material dispersed in the de-ionized water to the mixed aqueous solution of the dissolved monomer reactant, adjusting the pH of the solution and increasing the temperature, the condensation reaction of the lower degree occurs between the monomer molecules, forming the modified carbon nano-material doped wall material prepolymer solution, (2) heating and melting the organic phase change material, pouring the hot emulsifying agent aqueous solution into it, maintaining the temperature of the mixing system higher than the melting point of the phase change material, under the high speed mechanical stirring to obtain stable oil-in-water (O/W) phase change core emulsion, (3) adjusting the emulsion pH in step (2), dropping the prepolymer solution in the step (1) into the core emulsion, and increasing the system temperature, the prepolymer further occurs in situ polymerization, gradually forming polymer wall material of cross-linked structure, filtering, washing, drying to obtain modified carbon nano-material doped phase change microcapsule powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for phase change microcapsule with high latent heat value with photothermal conversion effect.
