NOVELTY - Powdered graphene, which is a stack of graphene sheets, and has a D peak and a G peak in a Raman spectrum, where the peak heights are ID and IG respectively, the ratio of ID/IG is ≤ 0.1, preferably 0.03-0.1. USE - The powdered graphene is useful in conductive composite material, anti-corrosion coating and heat dissipation composite material (claimed) for lithium-ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The powdered graphene has high purity characteristics, high electrical conductivity, uneven dispersion in solvent, easy agglomeration, fewer defects characteristics, high electrical conductivity, large contact surface with the solvent, and good dispersibility in both water-based and oil-based solvents, can significantly reduce electrode internal resistance, improves battery rate stability, does not use reagents i.e. oxidants, strong acids, and strong bases, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing powdered graphene, comprising (1) preferably-expanding expandable graphite to obtain pre-expanded graphite, (2) successively mixing the obtained pre-expanded graphite, wetting agent and solvent through the first high-pressure homogenization treatment and the second high-pressure homogenization treatment to obtain the slurry containing powder graphene, where the pressure of second high-pressure homogenization treatment is 10-20 MPa higher than the pressure of the first high-pressure homogenization treatment, and (3) drying the slurry containing the powdered graphene to obtain the powdered graphene.
