NOVELTY - Multiple-dimensioned carbon material/silicone rubber interface heat conduction material comprises 2.0-28.0 wt.% expanded graphite, 0.15-6.0 wt.% graphene and 70.0-95 wt.% silicone rubber. USE - Multiple-dimensioned carbon material/silicone rubber interface heat conduction material. ADVANTAGE - The multiple-dimensioned carbon material/silicone rubber interface heat conduction material is suitable for mass production, and has 0.68-2.98 watts/m thermal conductivity, less then 1.2 megapascal compression modulus, cheap raw material, simple process and stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing multiple-dimensioned carbon material/silicone rubber interface heat conduction material, which involves mixing graphene and double-component organic silicone rubber pre-polymer in blending device and blending for 10-60 minutes; adding expanded graphite in mixture, and blending for 30-150 minutes; placing mixture for degassing treatment for 30-120 minutes at (-)0.09-(-)0.06 megapascal pressure; molding mixture by coating; curing at 80-120 degrees C for 20-120 minutes to obtain multiple-dimensioned carbon material/silicone rubber interface heat conduction material; and (2) a blending device, which comprises screw extruder, vacuum kneader, vacuum pressurizing kneader, and vacuum pressure stirring kettle.
