NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature-resistant composite nanofiber membrane having excellent piezoelectric performance, comprises (i) adding graphene into solvent, then adding a magnet, and then sealing and performing ultrasonication for 1 hour to obtain graphene solution, (ii) adding ployacrylonitrile into graphene solution of step (i), stirring with constant temperature magnetic force until ployacrylonitrile is completely dissolved, and then stirring at room temperature to obtain uniform spinning solution, and (iii) vacuum defoaming the spinning solution of step (ii) and sucking into a syringe and performing electrostatic spinning to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene composite nanofiber membrane. The solvent is mixed solvent of dimethylformamide and acetone in a volume ratio of 6-10:2. USE - The method is useful for preparing high temperature-resistant composite nanofiber membrane having excellent piezoelectric performance. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes graphene, which improves thermal and mechanical properties of ployacrylonitrile; and produces ployacrylonitrile/graphene composite nanofiber membrane having higher thermal stability and mechanical properties, and higher output voltage and output current.
