NOVELTY - Cold-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic leather comprises a coating liquid which is composed of 60 wt.% water-based polyurethane, 13 wt.% light calcium, 3-10 wt.% foaming agent, 7 wt.% foam stabilizer, 1 wt.% graphene, 0.5-10 wt.% water-based colorant, 0.5-10 wt.% leveling agent, 1-2 wt.% thickener and 1-3 wt.% cold-resistant agent. USE - Cold-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic leather. ADVANTAGE - The cold-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic leather is able to makes the synthetic leather very breathable, feels fuller, smoother and softer, and gives the synthetic leather special effects of antistatic, flame retardant and waterproof. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method for preparing cold-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic leather, which involves adding the above raw materials to the mixing container according to the ratio, controlling the temperature at 100-150 degrees Celsius, stir and filter, measuring its viscosity, and adjusting the viscosity by adding resin or thickener;pretreating base cloth with polyvinyl alcohol to form a layer of polyvinyl alcohol film uniformly distributed on the surface of the sea-island fiber;weighing the polyvinyl alcohol sample into the reaction kettle, add a certain amount of water at 80 degrees C, stirring and dissolving to form a solution, cutting the square base cloth, drying it at 120 degrees C and weighing it, soaking it in a polyvinyl alcohol solution, squeezing out the excess solution with a roller coater after a suitable time, and then drying and weighing at 120 degrees C;configuring the polyurethane impregnation solution, diluting the polyurethane resin moderately, controlling the polyurethane content to 20 wt.%, adding an appropriate amount of light calcium as a filler, stirring to form an emulsion, and impregnate the base cloth pretreated with polyvinyl alcohol by a roller coating machine. Polyurethane, adjusting the polyurethane content, impregnation time, impregnation temperature, and rolling pressure to obtain base fabrics with different properties;placing the base in an aqueous solution and stir at 60 degrees C to degrade and dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol, drying the base fabric to form a preliminary formation of natural bass-like bass;adding prepared coating solution is into a coated foam by an intelligent dynamic foam generator, and applying coated foam to the leather base cloth; (2) precisely controlling coating amount by the computer, and adjusting coating thickness and length according to the requirements of different leather products; (3) drying in an oven, and controlling temperature in multiple stages, ranging from 100-180 degrees C, and increasing temperature in stages to obtain a graphene-modified aqueous polyurethane foamed bass;post-processing the graphene-modified water-based polyurethane foam bass, including embossing, absorbing, kneading, scalding, polishing, to obtain a graphene-modified water-based polyurethane ecological synthetic leather;performing performance item tests on it, including water-based polyurethane technical indicators and physical properties of cold-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic leather; and (4) a preparation equipment for cold-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic leather, which comprises agitator shaft is provided with the agitator shaft, and a stirring rod is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the lower end of the agitator shaft, and a filter is installed inside the agitator body, limiting groove is provided on the inner wall of the agitator body near both sides, and a connecting rod is slidably connected to the inside of the limiting groove, and outer surface of the upper end of the agitator body is provided with a motor and a feeding port.
