▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based heat conducting and radiating composition material comprises (i) preparing porous graphene and needle-shaped heat-conducting radiating particles by activation treatment, mechanically stirring and dispersing and then ultrasonically dispersing to obtain uniformly dispersed activation treatment liquid; (ii) adding particle surface modifying agent in the activation treatment liquid, performing wet grinding and shearing dispersion treatment by high speed stirring method to obtain mixed slurry; (iii) transferring the mixed slurry to the hydrothermal kettle, heating in the protective environment, and cooling to obtain the modified graphene-based heat conducting and radiating solution; and (iv) separating and filtering the modified graphene-based heat conducting and radiating solution, then using high temperature sintering and drying process. USE - The material is useful for packaging material of electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The method can: realize the complementary structure and heat conducting isotropy, and greatly improve the material heat conducting and radiating characteristic.
