▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Recovery method of lithium iron phosphate battery, comprises (i) discharginging, disassembling, and sorting out the anodesheet and the anode sheet pretreatment of the waste lithium iron phosphate battery, and drying to obtain lithium iron phosphate anode material powder; (ii) adding lithium iron phosphate anode material powder, lithium hydroxide, reducing agent and surfactant into deionized water, and stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain a mixture; (iii) adding waste graphite anode regeneration graphene oxide into the mixture, heating mixture to 120-200 ℃ for 5-8 hours to obtain lithium iron phosphate/reduced graphene oxide composite material through hydrothermal reaction. USE - The material is useful as the regenerative lithium iron phosphate/reduced graphene oxide battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium iron phosphate battery has a reversible capacity and a high column efficiency of 162.6 mAhg-1, with stable cycle performance at 0.2C and 1C, and excellent rate capacity. The method is a new technique for performing closed-loop regeneration at the same time by graphite anode waste lithium iron phosphorus phosphate cathode the hydrothermal method to compensate the lithium ion and structure remodelling of the material; and recycling the graphene oxide from the waste graphite cathode by Hummers method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for lithium iron phosphate/reduced graphene oxide composite material.
