▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Alternately layered graphene oxide/polyethylene alcohol dielectric material comprises graphene oxide layer of 20-100 nm thickness, and polyvinyl alcohol alternately stacked layers with 0.03-2.4 micro m thickness, consisting of 0.7-56 micro m thickness of layered dielectric material. USE - Used as an alternately layered graphene oxide/polyethylene alcohol dielectric material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, and good flexibility. The method has mild preparation condition, simple preparation process, and is easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing alternately layered graphene oxide/polyethylene alcohol dielectric material, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide powder in water, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding absolute ethyl alcohol with the same volume as water, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain graphene oxide suspension with final concentration of 1-3 g/l, (ii) adding solid polyvinyl alcohol in water, heating, stirring and dissolving to obtain polyethylene alcohol aqueous solution with concentration of 30-100 g/l, (iii) using the step (ii) obtained polyethylene alcohol aqueous solution for dipping pulling method or spin coating method to prepare uniform thin film of 0.03-2.4 micro m thickness on the substrate surface, drying to obtain the first layer of polyvinyl alcohol layer, (iv) using step (i) obtained graphene oxide suspension for dipping pulling method or spin coating to obtain uniform thin film of 20 nm thickness on the first upper layer of polyvinyl alcohol layer, drying to obtain the first layer of silicon oxide graphene-containing layer, and (v) repeating step (iii) and step (iv) to obtain the graphene oxide layer and polyethylene alcohol layer alternately stacked composite film, with mass concentration of 3-9%, soaking for 20-40 minutes, and drying to obtain the layered dielectric material of 0.7-56 micro m thickness, i.e. to obtain alternately layered graphene oxide/polyethylene alcohol dielectric material.
