▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Grafting carbonate on surface of graphene oxide involves preparing graphene oxide solution by using Hummers method which involves adding the natural graphite flake with sodium nitrate into concentrated sulfuric acid with certain quantity, treating on ice bath for 2 hours, then adding potassium permanganate in ice bath, continuously reacting for 2 hours and removing the ice bath. The reaction solution is heated on oil bath at 35 degrees C for continuously reacting for 1 hours, then de-ionized water is added into the reaction liquid, heated at 98 degrees C for 30 minutes. USE - Method for grafting carbonate on surface of graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to graft carbonate on surface of graphene oxide which is is easy to process in a simple manner, and suitable for mass production. It has easy process to separate impurities and high product conversion rate. It provides reference for the graphene oxide surface functional group. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Grafting carbonate on surface of graphene oxide involves preparing graphene oxide solution by using Hummers method which involves adding the natural graphite flake with sodium nitrate into concentrated sulfuric acid with certain quantity, treating on ice bath for 2 hours, then adding potassium permanganate in ice bath, continuously reacting for 2 hours and removing the ice bath. The reaction solution is heated on oil bath at 35 degrees C for continuously reacting for 1 hours, then de-ionized water is added into the reaction liquid, heated at 98 degrees C for 30 minutes. The hydrogen peroxide and large amount of deionized water are added to the obtained reaction solution, stirred for 1 hours, the reaction is stopped, and the final product is centrifugally washed with dilute hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water repeatedly to remove the impurities and peeling graphite oxide to obtain the graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution is vigorously stirred, then Quadrol (RTM: neutralizing component) is added at high-temperature oil bath condition to react the oxygen-containing functional group of the graphene oxide with amine of Quadrol to obtain product-1. The obtained product is put on ice bath condition, then concentrated hydrochloric acid is dropped in the product-1 by burette to react amine of Quadrol with concentrated hydrochloric acid to obtain the product-2. The obtained product is placed in water bath condition, excessive saturated sodium carbonate solution is dropped, and acutely stirred to react carbonate substituted chlorine ion and ethylenediamine root and branch to obtain the product-3. The obtained product is filtered and dried to obtain the surface grafted graphene oxide carbonate.
