NOVELTY - Refractory material comprises e.g. modified phenolic resin, magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide-zinc oxide nanopowder, graphene oxide modified fly ash bleaching beads, glass wool, expanded graphite, stimulating agent, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, water reducing agent, perlite, ethylenediamine, adipic acid, polycaprolactone diol, glycerol triglyceride, and polyvinyl alcohol, where the preparation of modified phenolic resin includes adding phenol, formaldehyde, catalyst, and dispersant into device separately, stirring and heating for polycondensation, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and calcium sulfonate, continue stirring and reacting, adding cross-linking aid HMTA, continue maintaining original temperature and stirring speed for reaction, adjusting pH, continue curing, stop heating, adding large amount of distilled water, stirring and cooling to room temperature naturally to obtain modified phenolic resin. USE - The refractory material is useful for construction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The refractory material: is environmentally friendly; and has small thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength, good thermal shock resistance, and high refractoriness ( not greater than 1800 degrees C). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Refractory material comprises modified phenolic resin, magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide-zinc oxide nanopowder, graphene oxide modified fly ash bleaching beads, glass wool, expanded graphite, stimulating agent, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, water reducing agent, perlite, ethylenediamine, adipic acid, polycaprolactone diol, glycerol triglyceride, and polyvinyl alcohol, where the preparation of modified phenolic resin includes adding phenol, formaldehyde, catalyst, and dispersant into device separately, stirring and heating to temperature of 95-98 degrees C for polycondensation, after the reaction proceeds for 30-40 minutes, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and calcium sulfonate, continue stirring and reacting for 10-20 minutes, adding cross-linking aid HMTA, continue maintaining original temperature and stirring speed for reaction for 2-4 hours, adjusting pH to 2 with 1-2 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution, continue curing for 1-2 hours, stop heating, adding large amount of distilled water, stirring and cooling to room temperature naturally to obtain modified phenolic resin, where the mass ratio of phenol, formaldehyde, catalyst, dispersant, crosslinking aid HMTA, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and calcium sulfonate is 5:0.5-1:0.01-0.1:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.2:1 -3:0.5-1m, the catalyst includes CuCl/Me6-TREN, TEA, dibutyltin diacetate, N,N-dimethylanilinium tetrakis (pentafluorophenyl) borate, vanadium dichloride, N,N,N'-trimethyl-N'-(2-hydroxyethyl)bis(2-aminoethyl)ether and/or (indenyl)titanium trichloride, the dispersant includes polyvinyl alcohol, polyethanol, microcrystalline paraffin, calcium stearate, cadmium stearate, magnesium stearate, copper stearate, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene glycol 200, and/or polyethylene glycol 400, the preparation of graphene oxide modified fly ash float beads includes measuring fly ash bleach beads with particle size of 45-75 mu m, washing with deionized water to remove impurities, adding 1.5-2.5 wt.% silane coupling agent KH560 aqueous solution, reacting at 80-85 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours, filtering, and drying to constant mass, adding obtained powder to 5-15 wt.% graphene oxide aqueous solution, heating to 45-55 degrees C to react for 1-2 hours, filtering, grinding and mixing in mortar, and placing solid in muffle furnace, passing in nitrogen atmosphere, and roasting at 800-900 degrees C for 1-3 hours, slowly cooling to room temperature, and rinsing calcined compound with deionized water until pH of water before and after rinse is similar, placing into drying box and drying to constant mass to obtain graphite oxide modified fly ash float beads, the preparation of magnesium oxide-aluminum oxide-zinc oxide nanopowder includes grinding magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide and zinc oxide to below 100 meshes, mixing and conveying into muffle furnace under nitrogen atmosphere to heat to 800-850 degrees C, activating and sintering at high temperature for 1-3 hours before releasing out, cooling to room temperature and mixing by ball milling process to obtain aluminum oxide-zinc oxide-calcium oxide nanopowder with particle size of 100-500 nm, where the mass ratio of magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide and zinc oxide is 2:1-4:1-3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing refractory materials, comprising (i) placing raw materials into mixer, firstly mixing at low speed for 30-50 minutes and increasing to high-speed mixing for 10-30 minutes, when the temperature reaches 100-120 degrees C, adding 10% moisture of total weight of raw materials and thoroughly mixing, (ii) placing mixture obtained in step (i) into twin-screw extruder, and extruding it into semi-finished product at 220-240 degrees C and power of 30-50 KW, and (iii) cold immersing semi-finished product obtained in step (iii) in 0 degrees C ice-water mixture to obtain refractory material.
