NOVELTY - The method for purifying graphene involves mixing graphite material with strong acid and strong oxidant solution fully, inserting oxygen-containing functional group between layers of graphite, and performing ultrasonic stripping to obtain oxidized graphene. The oxidizing graphene solution is washed and filtered, and the cleaned solid is dried at low temperature to obtain graphene oxide powder. The graphene oxide is heated in the circulation heating device, and the air in the circulating heating device is extracted to form a vacuum. The inert gas is added into the circulation heater device, and the graphene oxide is rapidly heated in the recyclable heating device, to obtain pure graphene. The hot air circulation is recycled by heating the heated inert gas after circulating heat exchange to heat the graphite. USE - Energy-saving and recyclable graphene purification processing method for use in materialization, micro-nano processing, energy sources, biomedicine and drug delivery applications.
