NOVELTY - Conductive rubber comprises 45-60 pts. wt. natural rubber, 45-60 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 3-5 pts. wt. silver-plated graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 15-20 pts. wt. acetylene black and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose. USE - Used as conductive rubber. ADVANTAGE - The conductive rubber reduces conductive percolation value, and improves conductivity of composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive rubber comprising (i) dissolving silver-plated graphene oxide in water, where mass concentration is 0.1-0.3%, then mixing with natural rubber, nitrile rubber, silane coupling agent, flame retardant, acetylene black and carboxymethyl cellulose, adding vulcanizing agent to dissolve and dispersing, (ii) evaporating mixed solution using vacuum rotary evaporator at 50-65 degrees C to obtain viscous material, then pouring out the film and drying at 50-65 degrees C, and dehydrating to obtain preformed material in line with the membrane, and (iii) vulcanizing preformed composite membrane at 150-180 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, hot pressing at 160-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours and pressure 1-10 MPa.
