NOVELTY - High-barrier packaging material comprises sequentially compounded aluminum foil, polyethylene (PE) adhesive layer, barrier layer, PE adhesive layer, substrate and PE film, where the aluminum foil is compounded with woven cloth through an adhesive layer, and the barrier layer comprises 100 parts mass polyethylene, 20-30 parts mass ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, 10-20 parts mass sheet-layer nanomaterial, 5-10 parts mass spherical aluminum oxide particle, 1-5 parts mass dispersion modifier, and 10-20 parts mass acetylated chitosan nanofiber. USE - The high-barrier packaging material is used for precise industrial device, and precise packaging of valuable articles such as medicine, and precision equipment. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material maintains excellent tensile property, improves barrier property of the aluminum-plastic and moisture of the packaging material, ensures sealing performance, prolongs diffusion path of moisture, and improves moisture barrier ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high-barrier packaging material, which involves extruding the barrier layer through a casting process, obtaining the PE adhesive layer through the casting process and spreading on the substrate, compounding the barrier layer and the substrate, compounding the PE film on the substrate away from the barrier layer through the casting process to obtain a composite sheet, obtaining the PE adhesive layer through a casting process and spreading on the surface of the barrier layer of the composite sheet, and combining the aluminum foil with the composite sheet to obtain the high-barrier packaging material.
