NOVELTY - Electrochemiluminescence detection kit based on GO-CDTPA-AuNPs and photo-induced electron/energy transfer-reversible additon-fragmentation chain transfer (PET-RAFT) comprises gold electrode, hairpin DNA (hDNA), 6-Mercapto-1-hexanol (MCH), 3-mercaptopropionic acid-N-hydroxysuccinimide (MPA-NHS) ester, graphene oxide-4-cyano-4-(dodecylsulfanylthiocarbonyl) sulfanyl pentanoic acid-gold nano particles (GO-CDTPA-AuNPs), tris(2-dimethylaminoethyl)amine (Me6TREN), eosin Y (EY), N-acryloxysuccinimide (NAS), and Luminol. USE - The electrochemiluminescence detection kit is useful in preparing detection reagent for detecting lung cancer, preferably non-small cell lung cancer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The detection kit: avoids use of biological enzymes in current common signal amplification strategy, and multiplied signal, which has improved detection sensitivity, stability and reproducibility. The method: avoids instability of luminol combined with GO through conjugation; has improved surface utilization of GO, improved ECL efficacy of luminol; utilizes combination of GO and AuNPs, which avoids disadvantages of unstable combination and easy aggregation of traditional nanomaterials; adopts light-initiated RAFT polymerization, which avoids thermal initiation in traditional RAFT reactions, which has mild reaction conditions, faster reaction times, and living/controllable polymerization at room temperature; and is biological toxicity free, and environmentally friendly.
