NOVELTY - Electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose is nano compound material based on cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework-graphene (CNMs-GR), is claimed. The preparation method of the electrochemical sensor comprises (1) adding 0.275-0.475 mmol cobalt nitrate, 0.275-0.475 mmol nickel nitrate and 0.55-0.85 mmol 2-aminoterephthalic acid to 36 ml of solvent and carrying out 40 KHz ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, placing the product in sealed reactor and heating it at 160-220 degrees C for 24 hours, naturally cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, collecting the solids and washing many times with secondary water, drying the obtained solid at 60 degrees C overnight to obtain cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework powder, where the solvent is N-N-dimethylformamide, ethanol and secondary water. USE - Used as electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose. ADVANTAGE - The sensor: has high sensitivity and selectivity, more convenient and simpler electrode modification process, excellent stability and reproducibility, detection limit is 0.087 mu lmol/l, and wide linear range; and improves the sensitivity of the electrode, and selectivity of electrodes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electrochemical sensor for detecting glucose is nano compound material based on cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework-graphene (CNMs-GR), is claimed. The preparation method of the electrochemical sensor comprises (1) adding 0.275-0.475 mmol cobalt nitrate, 0.275-0.475 mmol nickel nitrate and 0.55-0.85 mmol 2-aminoterephthalic acid to 36 ml of solvent and carrying out 40 KHz ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, placing the product in sealed reactor and heating it at 160-220 degrees C for 24 hours, naturally cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, collecting the solids and washing many times with secondary water, drying the obtained solid at 60 degrees C overnight to obtain cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework powder, where the solvent is N-N-dimethylformamide, ethanol and secondary water, (2) adding graphene and cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework to the water so that the concentration of graphene in the system is 3-7 mg/ml, and the concentration of cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework is 5-10 mg/ml, 40 KHz ultrasound to form uniform dispersion within 30 minutes, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C to obtain cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework-graphene nano compound, and (3) dispersing 6 mg of cobalt-nickel-metal organic framework-graphene nano compound in 3 ml secondary water, sonicating it at 40 KHz for 25 minutes to prepare dispersion with concentration of 2 mg/ml, spreading the dispersion liquid dropwise on the glassy carbon electrode, where the amount of which is 5-15 mu l, drying for 20 minutes under infrared lamp, rinsing with water twice to remove the loosely adsorbed compound material, and obtaining the cobalt-nickel-metal organic frame-graphene electrode.
