NOVELTY - A super capacitor energy storing electrode system is prepared by placing base material in vacuum apparatus under protective gas atmosphere of argon and heating to the reaction temperature. Reaction pressure is adjusted by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process, and graphene is deposited on the substrate. The carbon source gas, and argon gas are mixed. The reaction gas supply is stopped, and cooled. The graphene layer is deposited on substrate immersed in liquid, and the cell placed in water bath. Electrodeposition is performed, the electrode surface is washed and dried. USE - Super capacitor energy storing electrode system. ADVANTAGE - The system has high power density, high energy density and high cycling life, and improved capacitances and area specific capacitances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A super capacitor energy storing electrode system is prepared by placing base material in a vacuum apparatus under protective gas atmosphere of argon and heating to the reaction temperature. Reaction pressure is adjusted by a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process, RF power and the ionization time are set, and graphene is deposited on the substrate. The carbon source gas, and argon gas are mixed under the action of the RF power supply ionization, and chemical reactions. The reaction gas supply is stopped, and cooled to room temperature. The graphene layer is deposited on the substrate immersed in an electrolyte liquid containing cobalt nitrate in an electrolytic cell, and the cell placed in water bath at constant temperature, heated to a predetermined reaction temperature. The constant voltage, and current power supply are adjusted to the desired test, and electrodeposition is performed, the electrode surface is washed with deionized water, and dried to obtain finished product.
