NOVELTY - The material comprises carbonaceous material such as graphene for improving the conductivity, nanostructures including low-dimensional, hierarchical, and hollow nanostructures for construction. The mixed composition behavior of different active materials is provided. The improved electron transport and structural integrity are provided so that nanorod arrays are retained with high reversible capacity. USE - Nanostructured electrode material for sodium ion battery, lithium-ion battery and metal-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The high accessibility of sodium ions, improved electron transport and structural integrity are achieved, so that nanorod arrays are retained with high reversible capacity. The material is provided with robust structure and enhanced sodium storage properties.
