NOVELTY - Controlling polymer surface charge by infrared light comprises taking polymer and photo-thermal conversion material as raw materials, preparing polymer composite film comprising a polymer film and a photo-thermal conversion material doped in polymer film, where the polymer is transparent or semi-transparent polymer, irradiating polymer composite film using infrared light, and controlling charge of polymer surface. USE - The method is for controlling polymer surface charge by infrared light for anti-friction and anti-wear field. ADVANTAGE - The method increases photo-thermal conversion material temperature, generates heat electron emission and migrates heat electron in excited state will to polymer surface, has wide source, and is suitable for industrial production. When the polymer surface is positively charged, the electrons that migrate to surface will neutralize the positive charges and reduce the number of positive charges. When the surface of polymer is negatively charged, the electrons migrating to surface superimpose electrons on the surfaces resulting in increase in number of negative charges.
