NOVELTY - A pre-laid waterproof coiled material comprises an anti-radiation coating, a polymer sheet layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and an isolation layer that are stacked in sequence. The thickness ratio of the anti-radiation coating, the polymer sheet layer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the isolation layer is 1:8-20:2.5-5:1-5. The first material composition forming the anti-radiation coating contains emulsion, water and active ingredients has weight ratio of 1:0.5-3:0.5-3. The active ingredients are graphene or carbon nanotubes. The second material composition forming the polymer sheet layer contains resin, radiation protection modifier, bridging agent, activator, antioxidant, and/or color masterbatch, preferably 6-18 pts. wt. radiation protection modifier, 0.5-3 pts. wt. bridging agent, 1-3 pts. wt. activator, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-5 pts. wt. color concentrate. USE - The pre-laid waterproof coiled material is used in radiation protection building materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coiled material has excellent anti-ionizing radiation effect, aging resistance and low temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the pre-laid waterproof coiled material comprising performing first contact of each component in the first material composition to obtain a first mixture material and subjecting each component in the second material composition to a second contact to obtain a second mixture material; extruding and pressing the second mixture material in sequence to obtain a polymer sheet layer; coating the first mixture material on the first surface of the polymer sheet layer and drying to obtain a polymer sheet layer coated with an anti-radiation coating; and compounding with pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and isolation layer.
