NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly heat radiation coating comprises 100 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 60-100 pts. wt. silicon modified polyether diamine, 5-10 pts. wt. 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, 3-6 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 6-15 pts. wt. amine chain extender, 3.7-7.5 pts. wt. neutralizer, 20-60 pts. wt. organic solvent, 180-250 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene and 10-15 pts. wt. radiation proof agent. USE - Environmentally-friendly heat radiation coating used for LED display screen in stage display device, advertisement display device and data visualization display device. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environmentally-friendly, has excellent waterproof resistance, heat radiation effect and radiation proof property. The coating uses high strength of graphene, and has high thermal conductivity, excellent light transmittance, and high-thermal conductivity of silicon modified polyether characteristics, and improves the radiation performance of the coating. By adding the radiation proof agent, the coating has the function of preventing electromagnetic radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of environmentally-friendly heat radiation coating, which involves (S1) adding the silicon-modified polyether diamine and diisocyanate into the reaction kettle, mixing, heating to 70-80℃, and stirring for reaction to obtain -NCO-terminated prepolymer, (S2) using the temperature unchanged, adding 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, cross-linking agent and organic solvent into the reaction kettle, and continuing to react to obtain -NCO end-capped aqueous intermediate prepolymer, (S3) adding graphene oxide into the reaction kettle for composite reaction, and stirring vigorously for 1-2 hours, (S4) reducing the reaction temperature to 50-60℃, and adding a neutralizer into the reaction kettle for neutralization and (S5) cooling the reaction kettle to room temperature, adding amine chain extender, deionized water and radiation proof agent, stirring at high speed and emulsifying.
