▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aluminum alloy powder comprises 98.2-99.4 %mass aluminum alloy powder, 0.3-0.9 %mass graphene powder and 0.3-0.9 %mass zirconia powder. USE - The aluminum alloy powder is useful for 3D printing forming method (claimed) and additive manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The additive improves interface bonding strength, wettability of reinforced phase and substrate, powder fluidity, quality of composite powder, high temperature resistance of graphene and zirconium oxide powder, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant reinforcing phase and crack propagation in the matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing aluminum alloy powder for additive manufacturing, involving (i) uniformly compounding the aluminum alloy powder, graphene powder and zirconia powder to obtain a composite material, where the mass ratio of aluminum alloy powder, graphene powder and zirconia powder is (98.2-99.4) wt.%:(0.3%-0.9) wt.%:(0.3-0.9) wt.%, and (ii) drying and storing the composite material to obtain the product; and (2) a 3D printing forming method based on the aluminum alloy powder, involving printing and forming the aluminum alloy powder using a laser selective melting technology.
