NOVELTY - The material has a main portion which is provided with a substrate and a thermoelectric thin film compounded on the substrate. The thermoelectric thin film is provided with a structure in which p-type materials and n-type materials are alternately arranged at intervals. The p-type material and the n-type material are connected by conductive material. The conductive material is provided with one or more of silver glue, silver nanowires, liquid metal, graphene, carbon nanotubes and copper nanowires. The p-type material is a p-type nanowire and the n-type material is an n-type nanowire. USE - P/n type thermoelectric thin film material used in wearable thermo-electric generator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The p/n type thermoelectric thin film material solves the problem that the maximum thermal resistance and heat flow direction is not matched, and the same temperature has a greater temperature difference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of p/n type thermoelectric thin film material; and (2) a thermoelectric electric generator.
