▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene based on mixed inorganic acid solvent comprises (i) pre-treating the raw material graphite powder to obtain the to be peeled graphite powder with impurities removed; (ii) preparing mixed inorganic acid solvent; (iii) adding the graphite powder to be peeled into the mixed inorganic acid solvent and stirring uniformly; (iv) performing graphene peeling treatment to the mixed solution of the uniformly stirred graphite powder to be peeled and mixed inorganic acid solvent to obtain graphene mixed solution; and (v) extracting the graphene product from the graphene mixture. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene based on mixed inorganic acid solvent. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the low cost large-scale preparation of graphene, makes graphene contains a large number of defects, maintains the integrity of the graphene structure, and enables large-scale preparation of graphene, which has attracted wide concern from researchers, reduces the time needed by the processing process to simplify the preparation process, avoid using organic solvent with toxicity and expensive cost. The graphene material has unique thermal, mechanical and electrical properties.
