NOVELTY - Graphene-silver antibacterial and antifouling fluorocarbon coating comprises a component-A and a component-B. The component-A comprises 75-85 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 1-2 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-8 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 6-9 pts. wt. graphene-silver complex nano-material, 15-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 15-20 pts. wt. quartz powder, 10-15 pts. wt. butyl acetate and 10-15 pts. wt. propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. The component B is an isocyanate curing agent. The preparation of graphene-silver complex nano-material comprises: (a) mixing graphene oxide, polyethyleneimine and water, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring for 3-3.5 hours under nitrogen condition at 300-350 degrees C, then filtering and drying to obtain aminated graphene; and (b) mixing the aminated graphene, silver nitrate and water, reacting at 20-30 degrees C by stirring for 8-10 hours, then filtering and drying. USE - The graphene-silver antibacterial and antifouling fluorocarbon coating is useful in the field of marine engineering facilities protection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating improves paint gloss, has aging resistance and mechanical performance, low surface energy and strong hydrophobicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-silver antibacterial and antifouling fluorocarbon coating, comprising: (i) sequentially adding wetting dispersing agent, leveling agent, defoamer and thixotropic agent into the fluorocarbon resin, then uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture-A; adding graphene-silver composite nano-material, titanium white powder, precipitated barium sulfate and quartz powder into the mixture-A, uniformly mixing and grinding to obtain a mixture-B; adding butyl acetate and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate into the mixture-B, uniformly mixing and filtering to obtain a component-A; and (ii) uniformly dispersing the component-A and the component-B.
