NOVELTY - When making the cutting head of glass-cutter the cutting element is graphene cluster in the form of pack of plane-parallel graphenes, joined among themselves by one of end faces (graphene pumice), or graphene laminate - the material in the form of parallel layers of flat graphenes, joined by solid material along planes. The cutting element is oriented mechanically so that the graphene sheets to be arranged by planes along the glass-cutter motion and perpendicular to the glass surface, and in this position it is fixed in the holder by means of polymeric glue or metal solder.
