NOVELTY - Preparing antistatic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composite material involves mixing 64-90 pts. wt. PVC resin, 5-7 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-4 pts. wt. organotin heat stabilizer, 2-20 pts. wt. graphene powder modified by hollow glass microspheres and placing 2-5 pts. wt. processing aids in a Huck torque rheometer. The mixed materials are plasticized for a period of time using a double-roller plasticizer and plasticized PVC/graphene antistatic masterbatch is formed by a fully automatic tablet press and laser cut into standard specimens after cooling. USE - Method for preparing antistatic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composite material.
