▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing conductive material in a solvent to obtain a first solution. A stabilizing agent is added to the first solution. A second solution is obtained by stirring. A pre-processed bipolar plate substrate is placed into the second solution for electrophoretic deposition to obtain a substrate prepared with a thin film. The substrate prepared with the thin film is sintered to obtain a final bipolar plate with a modified coating. The conductive material is at least one of titanium nitride, chromium nitride, titanium carbide and graphene. The solvent is at least one of water, methanol, ethanol, butanol, isopropanol and acetone. The stabilizing agent is at least one of polyethyleneimine, polyacrylamide, polyaluminum chloride and anionic polyacrylamide. USE - Method for modifying bipolar plate surface of hydrogen production by water electrolysis (claimed) in fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares CN/conductive material composite coatings on the surface of bipolar plates, significantly improves the conductivity and corrosion resistance of bipolar plates, has simple process, and is easy to promote. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sample preparation step of the method for modifying bipolar plate surface of hydrogen production by water electrolysis in fuel cell (Drawing includes non-English language text).
