▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of chemically modified graphene involves dispersing graphene and an amine compound in a solvent, obtaining a dispersion, generating a Taylor vortex in the dispersion to stir the dispersion, and irradiating the dispersion with microwaves to perform reforming reaction. USE - Production of chemically modified graphene. Uses include but are not limited to high-strength plastics, antistatic plastics, architectural paint, UV-resistant and chemical-resistant protective coating, and marine paint. ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid, economical, and efficient mass production of chemically modified graphene having excellent dispersibility in organic solvent, polymer resin and plastic composite, with uniform modification and suppressed generation of aggregates due to Taylor vortex generation.
