NOVELTY - Preparation method of a temperature-sensitive magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer for the selective separation and enrichment of aristolochic acid I, involves (a) preparing graphene oxide, (b) preparing magnetic graphene oxide, (c) preparing silica-coated magnetic graphene oxide, and (d) preparing temperature-sensitive magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer. USE - The method is used for preparation of a temperature-sensitive magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer for the selective separation and enrichment of aristolochic acid I. ADVANTAGE - The polymer is temperature-sensitive. The method prepares a temperature-sensitive magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer with specific recognition ability for aristolochic acid I on the surface of the carrier. The polymer is rapidly separated under an external magnetic field, and has high specific adsorption capacity and recognition rate for target compounds. The polymer is used repeatedly, and its adsorption/desorption process is reversible and controllable with temperature changes, and it is environmentally-friendly.
