NOVELTY - Graphene oxide aqueous solution is dispersed in N,N-dimethylformamide dispersant. The dispersion is directly sprayed on a preheated conductive substrate to deposit a conductive film of graphene oxide. The film is then reduced by hydrazine vapor chemical reduction and high-temperature calcination, to obtain a graphene film. USE - Preparation of graphene film for counter electrodes of dye-sensitized solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides uniform graphene films which have high electroconductivity and uniformity, and effectively transmit electrons, with high productivity. The graphene film is capable of preliminarily replacing expensive platinum counter electrode.
