▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure (100) has graphene layers (104) including different dielectric materials. A main body modulates an optical input pump by a driving microwave signal which generates an upper and lower sideband. The lower sideband creates noise upon a conversion process as a conversion of a pump photon into a lower side band photon generates a microwave photon. USE - Graphene structure for use in quantum photonics and quantum microwave systems. ADVANTAGE - The structure reduces noise to conduct optimal microwave-to-optical conversion. The structure uses voltages less than millivolts, which reduces noise.
