▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A thermoelectric power generation device is obtained by connecting copper sheets with conductive silver glue on upper and lower surfaces of the thermoelectric foam as upper and lower electrodes. The thermoelectric device is obtained by mixing graphene, sodium chloride and polydimethylsiloxane according to preset proportion, and stirring uniformly, filling the homogeneous mixture into the mold, pressing, placing resulting product in oven, heating, solidifying, and cooling, removing graphene composite block from the mold, immersing in hot water, dissolving, removing the foam, and drying in oven to obtain thermoelectric foam, coating the top and bottom of the thermoelectric foam with silver glue, connecting with the copper sheet, and drying to obtain highly elastic and compressible graphene foam thermoelectric device. USE - Thermoelectric device used in temperature/strain monitoring, photothermal evaporation, seawater desalination, thermal insulation, and wearable electronic components (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-elastic and compressible graphene/organic composite thermoelectric foam has excellent thermoelectric properties and mechanical stability, and can be prepared in simple and easy manner with large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1) preparation of thermoelectric device, and 2) application of thermoelectric foam in thermoelectric materials and devices.
