▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated spherical metal comprises (1) using plasma-assisted high-energy ball milling device, using oleic acid as wet milling medium and surface modifier, using metal powder and graphene as raw materials for ball milling to obtain ball milling mixture; where the mass ratio of the metal powder and the graphene is 1:5-6; carrying high voltage discharge treatment during ball milling, where discharge voltage is 18-20 KV; filling the ball mill tank with Ar gas as discharge gas, controlling pressure in the ball mill tank at 0.02-0.05 MPa; (2) controlling the pressure in the ball milling tank at -0.005 to 0 MPa after finishing ball milling, and cooling; and (3) mixing the cooled ball milled mixture with petroleum ether, subjecting to ultrasonic vibration, settling, collecting supernatant, centrifuging, drying the centrifuged product to obtain powder, which is graphene-coated spherical metal. USE - The graphene-coated spherical metal used as additive to lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated spherical metal: can actively solves the problem of poor lubricating oil performance, and improves the anti-friction and anti-wear properties of lubricating oil.
