NOVELTY - Graphene film comprises a graphene film base layer (100) and first graphene structure layer (200) arranged on the lower surface layer of the graphene film base layer. USE - The graphene film is useful for radiation measurement in ionization chamber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - In the graphene film, by using a specified process to fabricate a graphene structure layer as a high-voltage pole, reduces the thickness of the high-voltage pole, the lower the thickness of the conductive layer, the smaller the microscopic grooves and undulations on the surface of the conductive layer, the overall flatness and uniformity of the conductive layer are improved, which achieves the effect of improving the uniformity of conductivity, and the graphene structure layer with a lower thickness on the graphene film is conducive to the incident rays entering the ionization chamber, which achieves the effect of improving the measurement accuracy of the ionization chamber.
