NOVELTY - Preparing electrocatalyst with nitrogen-oxygen-silicon coordination, comprises (a) adding sodium metasilicate to ethanol suspension of graphene oxide, performing alcohol thermal reaction, cooling, washing with water, centrifuging, and drying to obtain bulk gel; and (b) placing the bulk gel in heating device with ammonia environment and using chemical vapor deposition for high-temperature nitriding reaction to obtain electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction to hydrogen peroxide with nitrogen-oxygen-silicon coordination. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrocatalyst with nitrogen-oxygen-silicon coordination used as catalyst in reaction of oxygen reduction reaction to generate hydrogen peroxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple synthesis, high repeatability, can be prepared in large amount, the precursor is cheap and easy to obtain, uniformly mixes the precursor in the suspension of graphene, and uses fast two-step synthesis method (alcohol heat and chemical vapor deposition) to prepare catalyst of oxygen reduction hydrogen peroxide with nitrogen-oxygen-silicon coordination.
