NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene involves mixing graphene and catalyst aqueous solution to obtain graphene dispersion. The hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is added to graphene dispersion under heating condition. The catalyst aqueous solution is catalyzed the hydrogen peroxide radical from hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution and combined with graphene to obtain reaction system containing modified graphene. The modified graphene is separated in the reaction system, where modified graphene is graphene containing hydroxyl. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene used in super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified graphene is improving dispersibility of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing porous graphene, which involves: (A) mixing alkali metals hydroxide with graphene under the heating condition; (B) reacting alkali metal hydroxide with graphene to obtain mixed system containing porous graphene; and (C) purifying to obtain porous graphene.
