▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene is cut by preparing graphene sheet on substrate; constructing raised titanium dioxide nanometer structural layer on quartz substrate to obtain titanium dioxide mask; contacting with graphene sheet; and irradiating through UV light, where titanium dioxide mask cuts the graphene at the same time of generating photocatalysis reaction under the irradiation of UV light to obtain patterned graphene. The quartz substrate is 300-800 (preferably 500) mu m; and titanium dioxide mask is 3-10 (preferably 4) nm thick. USE - Method of cutting graphene (claimed) for developing flexible electronic surfaces. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids usage of solution phase, performs with high efficiency, and has moderate reaction condition.
