▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Formulation comprises 20-45 pts. wt. base oil, 10-20 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 5-8 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-8 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.1-2 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) K90, 0.01-2 pts. wt. 1 mg/ml graphene dispersion and deionized water (remaining amount). USE - The formulation is useful for improving dispersion stability of graphene in ultra-fine processing liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The formulation: is added with polyvinylpyrrolidone into graphene super-fine processing liquid in a small amount, so as to have solubilization function on graphene; reaches the balance to avoid separation; improves the dispersion of graphene in ultra-fine processing liquid; fully adsorbs active ingredients on the surface of the workpiece; and improves the processing quality of the workpiece. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the formulation, comprising (a) adding deionized water, base oil, rust inhibitor, lubricant, antifoaming agent and emulsifier into a reaction kettle and uniformly stirring, (b) adding 1 mg/ml graphene dispersion liquid and PVP K90 into reaction kettle, (c) stirring, heating the above mixture, carrying out mechanical stirring and pulse stirring at 60°C, fully and uniformly stirring and forming the initial processing liquid, (d) filtering the initial processing liquid after stirring, (e) detecting the processing liquid after filtering, and (f) discharging, and conveying the qualified processing liquid to the designated storage location.
