NOVELTY - Biomass high temperature resistant anti-oxidation long-duty lubricating base oil comprises 80-100 pts. wt. biomass fatty acid, 3-5 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 50-60 pts. wt. acrylate , 3.5-4.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 31-38 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated dimethyldiphenylpolysiloxane, 16-20 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 2-4 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid. USE - Biomass high temperature resistant anti-oxidation long-duty lubricating base oil. ADVANTAGE - The biomass high temperature resistant anti-oxidation long-duty lubricating base oil has high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, long durability of lubricating function, and it has scientific and reasonable technical route, simple to process, cost-effective and obvious economic benefit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing biomass high temperature resistant anti-oxidation long-duty lubricating base oile glue, which involves: (A) preparing modified biomass fatty acid: 80-100 pts. wt. biomass fatty acid and 200-250 pts. wt. toluene Stir and heating at 75-85 degrees C; (B) adding 3-5 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, stirring and adding 50-60 pts. wt. acrylate at a constant rate within 40-50 minutes for 3-3.5 hours; (C) performing decompress distillation by using modified biomass fatty acid as distillation product; (D) preparing graphene oxide modified biomass fatty acid by adding 80-100 pts. wt. modified biomass fatty acid and 3.5-4.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid and ultrasonic dispersion for 50-60 minutes, heating at 120-130 degrees C and stirring reaction for 4-4.5 hours, where obtained product is graphene oxide modified biomass fatty acid; and (E) preparing biomass high temperature resistant oxidation long-duty lubricating base oil by adding 80-100 pts. wt. obtained graphene oxide modified biomass fatty acid to 38 pts. wt. hydroxyl terminated dimethyl diphenyl polysiloxane, mixing 16-20 pts. wt. ethylene glycol with 1-2 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid at 130-150 degrees C for 5-6 hours to produce biomass high temperature oxidation resistant long durability lubricant base oil.
